PURPOSE: A solid pattern formed synthetic resin sheet, and an apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form various solid patterns on the surface of a deco-film by replacing an embroidery fabric, which is a replaceable belt from a pressing roller, with a desired solid pattern. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a solid pattern formed synthetic resin sheet includes an extruder(10), T-dies(20), a first and a second laminating roller(41,42), a sheet pattern forming device(50), an extension roller(32), a third laminating roller(43), and a sheet conveyor(65). The T-dies forms an ABS(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) resin(13) extruding from the extruder into a plate, and then continuously extrudes the plate through a extruding rib(21). The first and the second laminating rollers implement the press molding for the extruding plate-type ABS resin, and at the same time form a synthetic resin sheet(5) by mutually and thermally fusing the plate-type ABS resin with a PVC(polyvinyl chloride) deco-film(31) supplied from a deco-film supplying roller(30). The sheet pattern forming device includes a front pressing roller(51) which is one of two rollers with a solid pattern formed embroidery fabric winding into a belt, and a hydraulic cylinder(53). The hydraulic cylinder pressurizes the pressing roller, and the pressing roller is oppositely stuck to the second laminating roller, and rotates. Therefore, the pressing roller secondly pressurizes the synthetic resin sheet, and at the same time presses the embroidery fabric against the surface of the PVC deco-film in order to form the solid pattern of the embroidery fabric on the surface of the PVC deco-film. The extension roller installed in between the first laminating roller and the deco-film supplying roller provides a steady tension to the PVC deco-film. The third laminating roller thirdly pressurizes the synthetic resin sheet with the solid pattern.
