PURPOSE: A message transmission control method in a mobile phone and a program recording medium thereof are provided to control an e-mail or a text message generated by a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: When a message generation mode is started(S110), a non-keyboard area touch is sensed in a non-keyboard area of a touch pad(S120). When a message transmission command is inputted, the non-keyboard area is analyzed. A normal message or an abnormal message is determined. The message generation mode is a text message generation function mode. When the non-keyboard area touch is excluded in the predetermined touch threshold value, the abnormal normal message is determined(S140). When the abnormal message is determined, the transmission of the message is blocked(S150).
