PURPOSE: An LED lighting device is provided to prevent the degradation of light emitting intensity and light emitting efficiency when using for long hours by separating a fluorescent substance layer including a fluorescent substance from an LED chip. CONSTITUTION: A fixed frame(10) is disposed at the rear of the LED lighting device and functions as a total frame. An LED module(20) is connected to the fixed frame. The LED module comprises multiple LED elements(23) respectively including LED chips(236). A light diffusion cover(30) is connected to the fixed frame and surrounds the front side of the LED module. A fluorescent substance layer(40) absorbs a part of light coming out from the LED chip and emits a predetermined light emitting spectrum. The fluorescent substance layer is formed in the shape of a plate covering the front of the LED module. |
