摘要 PURPOSE: A continuous extrusion method of a polymer resin composite is provided to reduce an extrusion pressure and to improve an extrusion rate by coating oil between metal surfaces inside a melted polymer composite and a die. CONSTITUTION: A continuous extrusion method of a polymer resin composite comprises the following steps. Wood dust and a polymer resin are injected to an extruder. A polymer composite melt is transferred to a die while melting the mixture. Then, coating oil is injected into the die to manufacture a mold product by pressing the polymer composite melt from the die while coating the surface of the polymer composite melt. The mixture of the first step further comprises one selected from a foaming agent, a zinc oxide, stearic acid, talc, and a mixture thereof as an additive. The viscosity of the coating oil is 500 PaS or less. The coating oil is one selected from water, silicon oil, ethylene glycol, canola oil, oligomer, synthetic oil, and a mixture thereof.
