PURPOSE: A stainless steel drier for green and fermented teas is provided to reduce the drying time for tea leaves by drying the tea leaves at high temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A stainless steel drier for green and fermented teas comprises the following: a main body(10) which includes a drying chamber(30) inside and an opening for selectively opening and closing the front side, and formed of a stainless steel material; an exhaust fan(13) for exhausting air from the drying chamber to the outside of the main body; a blower fan(14) for inflowing air into the drying chamber, and circulating the air inside the main body; a stainless steel tray installed in several layers inside the main body; a heating unit heating the circulated air for drying ingredients on the tray; a first flow path for passing the air inside the main body; and a second flow path transferring the air from the inside of the drying chamber to the outside of the main body.
