<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angled surgical driver having an operation mechanism that does not require a central linking pin. <P>SOLUTION: The angled surgical driver 10 includes a first rotatable member, a second rotatable member, an angled housing 18, and a plurality of pins 20. The first and second rotatable members are angularly associated with each other. The angled housing is rotatably connected to the first and the second rotatable members.
