摘要 PURPOSE: A thin film type photo catalyst structure body and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize the performance of a photo catalyst by minimizing the travel distance of electrons and forming a photo catalyst thin film which is an oxidation electrode, and a thin metal film which is a reduction electrode in parallel on a conductive circuit board. CONSTITUTION: In a thin film type photo catalyst structure body, a photo catalyst thin film(2) which is an oxidation electrode, and a thin metal film(3) which is a reduction electrode are formed in parallel on a conductive circuit board(1). The conductive circuit board is selected from the following: a transparent conductive circuit board which is selected from a group composed of fluorine-tin-oxide(FTO), indium-tinoxide(ITO), transparent-conductive-oxide(TCO), and glass; a metal circuit board which is selected from a group composed of Pt, Au, Cu, Ag, Pd, Ru, Ir and Rh; a circuit board which is made up of a conductive polymer; and a circuit board coated with conductive materials.
