<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light detecting device which is structured so as to simultaneously detect incident position and incident direction of incident light. <P>SOLUTION: A light detecting device 10 includes: a first light sensor array 11 including a plurality of light detecting elements arranged in a matrix form in a first plane; a second sensor array 12 including a plurality of light detecting elements which are arranged parallel to each other at a predetermined distance d in an opposite side to a light incident side of the first plane and are arranged in a matrix form in a second plane; and a signal processing section 14 for calculating incident positions P1 and P2 on the first and second light sensor arrays 11 and 12 of the incident light and simultaneously calculating an incident angle θ of the incident light from a displacement amount ΔP between the calculated incident positions, based on a detection signal from the first and second light sensor arrays 11 and 12 due to the spot-like incident light, and determining an incident position and an incident direction of the incident light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
