DIPOLE-LOOP COMBINED ANTENNA

PURPOSE: A dipole loop coupling type antenna is provided to increase receiving efficiency by implementing various beam patterns when a MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) antenna is applied. CONSTITUTION: A grounding plate(110) performs power supply and the grounding of antenna. A feeding unit(120) electrically connects the grounding plate and the emitting unit. An emitting unit(130) emits electric wave to air in the radiation pattern of a doughnut shape or receives the electric wave of air. A loop antenna(200) receives the electric wave of a direction which is perpendicular to a PIFA antenna from air if a current is applied through the feeding unit. A short circuit unit(140) connects one side of the emitting unit or loop antenna to the grounding of the grounding plate. A switching unit(150) turns on and off the operation of the loop antenna according to the instruction of a control unit.
