<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten standby time until the shift to photographing while speeding up the start speed of a camera function in an electronic device having the camera function. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a camera module (4), a camera application program (10), a camera start source application program (12), and start means (8). The camera application program has a function to start the camera module which photographs an object. The camera start source application program includes a function to start the camera application program and a function to give a start instruction of the camera module. And, the starting means receives the start instruction directly from the camera start source application program and starts the camera module before the camera application program starts, thereby speeding up the start speed of the camera module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
