<p>A piezoelectric ceramic actuator-type super micro air pump. A pump body consists of a pump lower cover (1), a pump base (5), and a pump housing component fixedly connected together, while a piezoelectric ceramic transducer piece (2) serves as a pump core. The pump body has arranged therein a unidirectional gas intake valve (7) and a unidirectional gas exhaust valve (8). A cavity at a gas intake of the unidirectional gas intake valve (7) is a gas intake cavity (26). The gas intake cavity (26) is in communication with a pump body assembling gap. A cavity at a gas exhaust of the unidirectional gas exhaust valve (8) is a gas exhaust cavity (27). In the pump body, the unidirectional gas intake valve (7) and the piezoelectric ceramic transducer piece (2) mutually correspond at centers thereof where the amplitude of vibration is greatest. The piezoelectric ceramic actuator-type super micro air pump is structurally simple, of reduced noise, and convenient to install and maintain.</p> |
