PURPOSE: A light emitting module, a light emitting device, a method for manufacturing the light emitting module, and a method for manufacturing the light emitting device are provided to manufacture a high reliable light emitting device with an organic EL device by efficiently forming a non-solid viscous layer between a first substrate and a second substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(101) faces a second substrate(102). A light emitting device(110) includes a first electrode(111), a second electrode(112), and a layer including an organic compound between the first electrode and the second electrode. A partition(114) includes an opening part overlapped with the first electrode. A viscous layer(120) is formed between the first substrate and the second substrate. A frame(132) surrounds the light emitting device and the viscous layer. A sealant(131) is contacted with the first substrate and the second substrate.
