[Problem] To provide a solar cell back-sheet that, without using fluorine and without applying a plurality of films, is capable of preventing the deterioration of a sealing resin and the back-sheet itself by having sufficient weather and moisture resistance, and sufficiently reflecting the ultraviolet rays and visible light rays irradiated from the rear surface of a solar cell module. [Solution] A solar cell back-sheet having a substrate comprising a polyethylene naphthalate, and a white layer obtained by hardening a white resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin, an ultraviolet-reflecting agent and an isocyanite compound, the solar cell back-sheet being characterized in that the white layer is laminated onto at least one surface of the substrate.
