PURPOSE: A nozzle device for toner-charging and a toner charging device including the same are provided to accurately open and close a nozzle by controlling an opening degree of the nozzle with a nozzle opening and closing spool. CONSTITUTION: A rotation angle of a driving cam shaft(120) is controlled by a stepping motor(110). An eccentric cam(121) is formed on the driving cam shaft. A nozzle opening and closing spool(130) is moved downward as a first cam contact surface(132) is pressurized following the rotation of the eccentric cam. The nozzle opening and closing spool is moved upward as a second cam contact surface(133) is pressurized following the rotation of the eccentric cam. The longitudinal direction movement of the nozzle opening and closing spool is adjusted following the rotation of the eccentric cam.
