PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring the gas permeation of a flexible electronic protection layer and a method for measuring the gas permeation by using the same are provided to quickly measure gas permeation by enabling gas to permeate through a top protection layer and a bottom protection layer. CONSTITUTION: A bottom substrate(114) is formed on a bottom protection layer(112). A pair of electrodes(120) are electrically connected to an external resistance measuring device. A calcium layer(140) is formed on the bottom substrate to be electrically connected to the pair of electrodes. A top substrate(154) is formed on the calcium layer and the pair of the electrodes. A top protection layer(152) is formed on the top substrate and is made of the same materials as the bottom protection layer.
