PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a fabric containing a composition with a therapeutic function of rose oil is provided to micro-capsulate functions and effects of the rose oil. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a fabric containing a composition with a therapeutic function of rose oil comprises: a step of mixing the hydrophobic rose oil with water containing a surfactant, and stirring to emulsify the mixture into an oil mixture with hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity; and a step of mixing the oil mixture with hydrophobic gelatin, and stirring to form a capsule outer wall of the oil mixture.
