PURPOSE: Waste gas treating apparatus for waste gas including ammonia is provided to prevent the overheat of the waste gas treating apparatus during the treating of waste gas including a large amount of ammonia by separating the combustion of the waste gas, thereby enhancing durability, improving reliability of a product and being suitable for treating a large amount of waste gas. CONSTITUTION: Waste gas treating apparatus for waste gas including ammonia comprises a combustion case(1), a first cooling case, a waste gas inlet pipe(11), multiple bar shape heaters(13), a first partition(15), a second partition(17), a third partition(19), a separation partition(24), a first air supply tube(29), and a second air supply tube(31).The first partition surrounds the external side and the bottom side of the bar shape heaters and is combined in the bottom part of the waste gas inlet pipe. The cylindrical second partition surrounds the entire outer side of the bar-shaped heaters and the waste gas inlet pipe. The third partition is arranged between the outer circumference of the first partition and the inner circumference of the second partition with a certain interval in a cylindrical shape. The first air supply opening is located in the top part of the third partition. A first combustion unit is located in the space in which gas from the first air supply opening and waste gas including ammonia meet. A second air supply opening is located in the lower part of the third partition. A second combustion unit is located in the space in which gas from the second air supply opening and waste gas combusted in the first combustion unit meet. In order to divide the chamber made by the second partition and the third partition into a top chamber and a bottom chamber, the separation partition is connected to the central part of the second partition and the third partition. To provide air to the top chamber, the first air supply tube is installed in the side of the top chamber. To provide air to the bottom chamber, the second air supply tube is installed in the side of the bottom chamber. |
