PURPOSE: A credit card mobile safe-click payment system and method thereof are provided to reinforce convenience and security by simplifying payment authentication through an electronic signature embedded in a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A client(100) receives credit card information and product payment request information. The client transmits credit card approval request information to a validity verification server(200). The validity verification server transmits the changed information to a portable terminal(300) by changing the product payment request information. The validity verification server transmits payment result information. The portable terminal deducts an authentication certificate. A card company server(400) updates transaction statement according to credit card payment.
