PURPOSE: A broadcast chatting system is provided to allow a user to receive a service for saving communication fees by simultaneously manufacturing a personal broadcast and a recorded video. CONSTITUTION: A message server(120) allows a client to connect a web server to chat with other clients by using terminals(1,2). A broadcast server(130) allows the client to listen to video data transmitted through the terminal. A media server(140) processes the image data. An advertisement server(150) exposes a provided advertisement video to an interface screen displayed on the terminal.
