PURPOSE: An apparatus for a light emitting device and a method for manufacturing the light emitting using the same are provided to reduce the color shift of a light emitting diode chip by using a flat wavelength conversion layer. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive film(20) adheres to a light emitting device. The adhesive film is arranged on a supporting plate. A first mold(30) is arranged on the adhesive film. A plate(50) includes a through hole for a wavelength conversion material. The wavelength conversion material covers the light emitting device.
