摘要 PURPOSE: A welding droplet transfer mode investigation device and in an investigation method are provided to analyze a correlation of measured welding images with various welding variables by using specialized analytical devices and to investigate influence of a welding variable of droplet transfer. CONSTITUTION: A welding droplet transfer mode investigation device comprises a camera unit(20), an arc monitoring unit(30), and a droplet transfer comparison unit(40). The camera unit films droplet transfer images during a welding process performed by a welding part. The arc monitoring unit analyzes welding variables which is detected during a welding process. The droplet transfer comparison unit receives welding variable analyzed result and the welding droplet transfer images which are filmed at the camera unit, synchronizes and outputs. The arc monitoring unit comprises a welding variable detection module and an arc monitoring module(31). The welding variable detection module detects at least one welding variable among welding current, welding voltage, TIC voltage, wire supply speed, interlayer temperature, and displacement. The arc monitoring module receives the welding variable which is detected from the welding variable detection module.
