PURPOSE: A black photosensitive resin composition and an image display device with the same are provided to ensure excellent chemical resistance and to improve surface hardness. CONSTITUTION: A black photosensitive resin composition contains a black perylene-based organic pigment, an insulation metal oxide particle, alkali soluble binder resin, a photopolymerization compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a solvent. The insulation metal oxide particle is selected from silica, alumina, titania, and zirconia.
