<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handler configured to press a conveyance object by a conveyance part for conveying a conveyance object and capable of suppressing increases in size and weight of the conveyance part, and to provide a component inspection apparatus including the handler. <P>SOLUTION: The component inspection apparatus includes a base 11 having an inspection socket 33 to which an electronic component T is pressed, a conveyance unit 34 for conveying the electronic component T placed on the base 11 to the inspection socket 33, and a vertical movement arm 52 included in the conveyance unit 34 to press the electronic component T by the inspection socket 33. Pressure receiving arm mechanisms 35, 36 are attached to the base 11. The pressure receiving arm mechanisms 35, 36 are engaged with a pressing cylinder 53 for pressing the electronic component T and locks displacement of the pressing cylinder 53 to the base 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
