<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional operating structure of a coolant nozzle, which can supply a grinding liquid in two axial directions with easy structure and which can be used for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: This bidirectional operating structure of a coolant nozzle includes: a base part 10; a first and a second motors 21 and 22 disposed on the base part with a predetermined interval between them in a state that each rotary shaft thereof faces to each other; a first bevel gear 31 provided in the rotary shaft of the first motor; a second bevel gear 32 provided in the rotary shaft of the second motor; a third bevel gear 33 engaged with the first and the second bevel gears, crossing them; a bracket 40 holding a nozzle shaft 35 as a rotary shaft of the third bevel gear 33 and maintaining the engagement state of the third bevel gear with the first and the second bevel gears; and a coolant nozzle 50 connected to a nozzle shaft of the third bevel gear and having a grinding injection opening directed in a direction at a predetermined angle against the axis of the rotary shaft of the third bevel gear. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
