<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treating process controller which can carry out control satisfying both maintenance of treated water quality and reduction of greenhouse gas in a water treating process. <P>SOLUTION: The water treating process controller is provided with: an estimation part 10 which estimate a nitrification degree of water to be treated in an aerobic tank 1 from a value measured by an oxidation-reduction potentiometer 4 provided in the aerobic tank 1 of the water treating process; a target value setting part 12 which sets a target value of the nitrification degree of the water to be treated in the aerobic tank 1; a blower 2 which sends air into the aerobic tank 1; and a controlling part 11 which controls air quantity of the blower 2 so that an estimation value of the nitrification degree estimated by the estimation part 10 may become a target value of the nitrification degree of the water to be treated in the aerobic tank 1. The target value of the nitrification degree of the water to be treated in the aerobic tank 1 has at lest two values, a first target value and a second target value which is larger than the first target value. The target value setting part 12 sets the first target value and the second target value, corresponding to a chosen control mode, as the target value of the nitrification degree. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
