PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink label comprising a multilayered film as a base film, which is excellent in heat resistance, oil resistance, cuttability along perforation and appearance, and does not peel off after application. SOLUTION: The shrink label comprises a heat shrinkable multilayered resin film composed of an interlayer made of polystyrene resin and outer layers made of polyester resin between which the interlayer is sandwiched, wherein the polystyrene resin constituting the interlayer is an aromatic vinyl hydrocarbon/conjugated diene copolymer and the interlayer is bonded to the outer layers through an adhesive layer comprising a product of the hydrogenation of an aromatic vinyl hydrocarbon/conjugated diene copolymer which has at least one kind of functional groups selected from the group consisting of carboxylic, acid anhydride, amino, epoxy and hydroxy groups in the molecule.
