PURPOSE: An opening and closing valve is provided to prevent safety accidents due to unexpected opening or closing operation by restricting an operating part with a locking part and controlling the locking part with a key unit or a dial unit. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing valve comprises a body(110), an operating part(130), a locking part(140), and a control part(150). The body is installed between pipes and has an opening and closing unit. The operating part is connected to a shaft of the opening and closing unit to operate the opening and closing unit. The locking part restricts the rotation of the operating part. The control part controls the operation of the locking part. |
