<p>A method of stick handling training and a glove for stick handling training are described. Stick handling involves providing torque to a proximal end of a stick with a rotating hand while resting the stick shaft across the palm of a supporting hand. The method comprises inhibiting the grasping ability of the supporting hand. The glove comprises a palmar piece that reduces the gripping ability of the glove.</p> |
