摘要 <p>The invention relates to dry lubricating materials and to methods for obtaining multi-layer coatings by using said materials for reducing the value of static and dynamic friction coefficients of the moving parts, which reduces the wear and increases the lifetime thereof. The claimed dry lubricating materials beling to 4 families as follows: WS+ MoS+ Me; WS+ hBN +Me; MoS+ hBN + Me (WS+ MoS) + hBN + Me where Me may be a metal such as Ti, Al, Zr, Ni, Cu, Ar, Au, Mo and the like or a metal compound such as TiC, TiN, WC, BC, AlN, etc., carried out as thin multiple layer where g< 10μm, or as thick multiple layer where g> 10μm each being obtained from repetitive packets of two layers or each from repetitive packets of three layers. The claimed coating/deposition methods are carried out : 1. in vacuum, from sputtering targets by methods of the types : a. physical vapour deposition based on standard magnetron sputtering or on reactive magnetron sputtering, b. ionized physical vapour deposition based on high power impulse magnetron sputtering, pulsed laser deposition or cathodic arc evaporation, 2. at atmospheric pressure, by classic methods, carrying out monolayer or multilayer depositions of nanometric or micrometric powders by methods of the types: a. mechanical pressing of the powder paste in admixture with alcohol or by vibrating and rotating the powders and parts with a vibrator, b. blowing of the nanometric powders onto the part to be coated by means of compressed air or by spraying with aerosols or by combining the new methods with the classic ones which allows the carrying out of high thickness multilayer coatings of up to 40 mm, by cold spraying using an entrainment gas at supersonic speed, and depositions of up to 200μm, by using cold plasma or plasma hot spraying in order to fuse the powders and entrain them by means of a gas.</p>
