PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily receive proper communication services.

SOLUTION: An information processor comprises a determination unit for determining whether a first wireless communication device which does not have a connection right for connecting to a predetermined network by using wireless communication satisfies predetermined conditions for performing predetermined communication processing by connecting to the network. When the first wireless communication device satisfies the predetermined conditions, a connection right set in a second wireless communication device is transferred to the first wireless communication device, and the first wireless communication device performs the predetermined communication processing by using the connection right transferred to and set in the first wireless communication device.
