<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor having advantages of long life, high withstand voltage, high capacitance, and no occurrence of capacitor rupture and also having high heat resistance and high frequency resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In an electrolyte material formulation, a solid electrolyte includes a conductive compound, an oxidant and a polymerizable compound. The conductive compound is selected from the group consisting of pyrrole, thiophene, aniline, phenylene sulfide, and derivatives thereof. The oxidant is selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal persulfate, an ammonium persulfate, a ferric salt of an organic acid, and an inorganic acid with an organic group. The polymerizable compound is selected from among an epoxy group-containing polymerizable compound, a vinyl group-containing unsaturated polymerizable compound, an acrylate-containing unsaturated polymerizable compound, and a mixture thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
