<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a circuit board which materializes enhancement of workability and cost reduction while materializing positioning, fixing and uplift prevention of the circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing part 35 of a circuit board provided on a chassis includes a first piece 35a extending substantially at right angle to the circuit board side from a rear surface part 32 of the chassis substantially perpendicular to the circuit board, a second piece 35b extending from the first piece 35a along the side end face of the circuit board, a third piece 35c extending from the second piece 35b to the circuit board side so as to face the first piece 35a, and a fourth piece 35d extending obliquely upward from the end of the third piece 35c.
