The invention relates to a mechanism having its own hydraulic drive, by means of which metal profiles as platband or wire may be simultaneously coiled at both ends, the mechanism being meant for mechanical shops where cold plastic deformations are made. According to the invention, the mechanism consists of a guide frame (), at the ends, said guides being closed by two covers (), inside which there horizontally slide two coiling heads () wherein there are rotary supported two rotating flanges () which are driven by two hydro-gearmotors (), supplied with pressurized oil in serially connected closed circuit by means of some hoses (), by a gear pump () having its own safety valve, which is driven by an electric motor () and has a flange with the discharge orifice in a distribution unit () comprising, at the outside, two handles (), by means of which there may be handled inside, a control ball () and a reversing ball () for rotating in the same direction or in opposite directions, depending on the manner of coiling the ends, on the same side or on opposite sides, in which case there is also modified the mounting position of some semi-drums () and some bending bushes () fastened by some screws (), the coiling heads () being pushed on the extreme distal position by some springs () and the sliding stroke thereof is determined by adjusting the screws () at the outside and the stops () at the inside, the blocking on a certain position being performed by means of two handles (). |
