<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for tearing breast side part of bare bone of poultry carcass, which automatically and efficiently performs a tearing operation of a breast side part of bare bone of a poultry carcass. <P>SOLUTION: The device for tearing breast side part of bare bone of poultry carcass includes: a placing part and an engagement part for placing and engaging the breast side part of the bare bone of the poultry carcass; a plurality of breast side part supports 3 attached to a first endless chain 2; a first engagement part engaged with the placing part where a neck part of the bare bone of the poultry carcass is placed at a neck part side surface; a plurality of first neck part supports 6 attached to a second endless chain, which approach and face the breast side part supports; a bar-like member 7 whose tip end is directed to the first endless chain and backwardly in the traveling direction; an engagement part engaged with the neck side surface of the bare bone of the poultry carcass to sandwich the neck part in cooperation with the first engagement part of the first neck part supports; and a second neck part support 8 having a lid part for covering the neck part from above by approaching the neck part of the bare bone of the poultry carcass from above placed on the placing part of the first neck part supports. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
