<p>A spherical surface - rotary surface binding surface contact stiffness test device and method, the test device comprising a lower test piece, a spherical test piece, an upper test piece and a loading assembly disposed in a frame-shaped test bench; a three-way force sensor in the loading assembly is connected to a sleeve; the upper port of the sleeve is connected to a retaining ring; the periphery of the sleeve is sleeved with a flange casing; the upper surface of the flange casing is fixedly connected to the top plate of the frame-shaped test bench; a loading screw lever penetrates through the retaining ring and the top plate of the frame-shaped test bench; and a plurality of displacement sensors are installed on the upper test piece. The method utilizes the device to test the contact stiffness of various spherical surface - rotary surface binding surfaces, uses the loading assembly for loading, measures the Z-directional load via the three-way force sensor, measures the Z-directional displacement via the displacement sensors, and obtains the contact stiffness of the spherical surface - rotary surface binding surface via a corresponding formula.
