PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a road indicated by a core point by extracting links on a map corresponding to the core point from broadcasted core point information and then properly extracting a road connecting the links. SOLUTION: A road matching process includes: searching for roads connecting a start end candidate link and a terminal candidate link (S410); executing candidate selection of a road unit for searched roads (S420); and narrowing down by determination results (430). If the roads are uniquely determined (S440: YES), matching results are output (S450). In S420, a road is selected based on a shape attribute which is the attribute related to the road shape among the attributes of a core point.
