FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtration of paste food products, particularly, to production of melted cheese. Filter has closed case 12 with product intake 16, filtered product discharge hole 20, filtered residue discharge outlet, and filtration insert 14 with cylindrical filter wall 13 arranged between intake 16 and hole 20 through which product is discharged radially outward. Note here that primary element 30 is arranged aligned in filter insert 14 to rotate therein. Annular space 36 is formed between said primary element 30 and filter wall. Primary element 30 is sized so that annular space 36 allows continuous follow of product. Note here that, at least, one scraper plate 38 is arranged on primary element outer edge to scrape filter wall inner surface to remove the residues.EFFECT: longer life, higher efficiency, lower losses.11 cl, 2 dwg |
