ELECTRO SPINNING METHOD OF META ARAMID AND META ARAMID FIBER MANUFACTURED THEREFROM

PURPOSE: A method for electrospinning meta-aramide is provided to obtain a fiber product and a web product with excellent heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for electrospinning a meta-aramide dope comprises: a step of polymerizing isophthaloyl chloride with meta phenylene diamine in an amide-based solvent and preparing meta-aramide; a step of diluting meta-aramide; and a step of electrospinning at 70-100 deg. C., at a TCD(Tip-to-Collector Distance) of 4-15 cm, and at a spinning voltage of 10-40 kV.
