<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for classifying solar cell wafers is provided to improve an operation speed by classifying the solar cell wafers through two solar cell wafer classifying apparatuses. CONSTITUTION: A supply table(20) is located on a base to receive a solar cell wafer which is completely inspected. A plurality of arm members(30) include an absorption member, a lifting member, and a support member. The plurality of arm members are radially arranged on the base at the same angles. A rotating member(40) is arranged in the center of the arm members and rotates arm members. A wafer tray includes a bin cassette to receive a solar cell wafer dropped from the absorption member. A control unit(60) controls the operations of the arm member and the rotation member according to the inspection result of the solar cell wafer.</p> |
