PURPOSE: A wheel device for a bicycle is provided to prevent overturn accidents by maintaining a stable stop state without the help of users during stop. CONSTITUTION: A wheel device for a bicycle comprises a driving shaft(12) and a pair of wheels(20). Both ends of the driving shaft are positioned in the left and right sides of a steering handle(11). The driving shaft receives the power of pedals to rotate. The pair of wheels is coupled to both ends of the driving shaft to rotate with the driving shaft A gap(L1) between the bottoms of the wheels is wider than a gap(L2) between the tops of the wheels in a stopped state. The wheels are vertically erected on the ground(13) by centrifugal force while rotating.
