PURPOSE: A case for a flat panel display device is provided to improve design by not exposing components combining a front member with a rear member in a front direction or a side direction. CONSTITUTION: A rear member(140) is combined with a front member(120). A sub member(160) is combined with the rear member. Front coupling holes(134a-134e) are formed in a second side(132) of the front member. Rear coupling holes(158a-158e) corresponding to the front coupling holes are formed in the first rear side of the rear member and the second rear side. The sub member is combined with a stand coupling part(152) of the rear member and the second side of the front member.
