The present invention relates to a shock absorbing device for a mountain climbing stick, comprising: a stick comprising a pipe; and a grip fixed and mounted to an upper end of the stick, wherein a fixing protrusion with a decreased inner diameter, is spaced from the upper end of a first pipe of the stick, a fixing projection to be fixed inside the first pipe by the fixing protrusion is provided, and the shock absorbing device comprises: a spring support member of a spring fixing protrusion projected above the upper surface; a helical compressive spring into which the spring support member is inserted through the lower portion; a spring compression member mounted to compress the upper portion of the helical compressive spring; and a finishing cap. The shock absorbing device for a mountain climbing stick can effectively absorb the shock applied to the wrist, shoulder or the like of a user while using the stick, thereby enabling more convenient use of the stick without overstraining the body. |
