PURPOSE: A surface treating method of a titania is provided to remarkably improve dynamic property and mechanical properties and capable of remarkably increasing the fuel consumption and carbon dioxide discharging. CONSTITUTION: A surface treating method of a titania comprises: a step of pulverizing a suspension that titania is dispersed in a solvent and using an alumina ball as a pulverizing medium; a step of manufacturing a titania powder by drying the pulverized titania; and a step of putting the titania powder and organic silane, and conducting a circulation heating. The comprised amount is 1-10 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of a titania powder and the particle size of the titania powder is 0.01-10 micron.
