PURPOSE: An SNP primer for identifying quinolone-based antibacterial resistance is provided to early block propagation of antibacterial agent resistant pathogen. CONSTITUTION: An SNP primer for identifying quinolone-based antibacterial resistance contains a forward primer with a base sequence of sequence number 1 and a reverse primer with a base sequence of sequence number 2. A method for detecting quinolone-based antibacterial agent resistant mutant strain comprises: a step of isolating DNA from a test sample; a step of performing PCR using the primer set; and a step of confirming the PCR product. |
