PURPOSE: A device for dissipation from an energy storage device is provided to have excellent heat transferring property by only forming a thin wall of an insulative device. CONSTITUTION: A device for dissipation from an energy storage device comprises: a cell connector board which has a metal core(2) and an insulating layer(1) arranged on the metal core; and a thermal absorption device(8). The cell connector board comprises an opening for accepting the arrestor(4b) of the energy storage device. The insulating layer comprises a contacting region which has an opening for the insulating layer. The heat thermal absorption device is thermally connected to the metal core through the opening, absorb heat from the metal core, and radiate heat to a heat sync.
