摘要

A method for laparoscopic treatment of large inguinal hernia in children by transcutaneous purse-string overlapping seam on pariyental peritoneum patent vaginal process in the inner ring of the inguinal canal under the control of the optical laparoscope system through puncture of abdominal wall with injection needle with a thread. Though existing puncture of the anterior abdominal wall the additional purse-string seam is imposed of vaginal process of the peritoneum at the internal ring of the inguinal canal over the first one.
