<p>PURPOSE: A liquid crystal glass protection apparatus is provided to prevent the scratch and damages by external impact and to obtain various color patterns. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal glass protection apparatus comprises a double-sided tape(20) and pattern member(30). The double-sided tape is attached to the glass substrate(10). The double-sided tape comprises an upper adhesive(24) and a lower adhesive(25) on the upper side and lower side of upper/lower films(21)(22). The upper adhesive is an optically clear adhesive(OCA) and the lower adhesive is an acrylic adhesive. The lower film is formed on the edge of the upper film. The pattern member is attached to the both side of the double-sided tape. The pattern member comprises an anti-fingerprint layer(33) on the upper side of a tempered glass sheet(31). The pattern unit comprises a design layer(34) and a shielding layer(35) with a thickness of 3-8 micrometers.</p> |
