<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably connect two round steel materials and thereby prevent the two round steel materials from coming off. <P>SOLUTION: A separator for a form comprises: a cylindrical body having through holes capable of loosely inserting the two round steel materials thereto in a contact state; and a hole that is opened in the cylindrical body so that a wedge can be driven into a void between the two round steel materials that are inserted into the cylindrical body. In addition, the cylindrical body has a shape in which an inner diameter of a central part is slightly larger than that of an opening.
