<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic flow meter capable of easily sealing a liquid contact portion that serves as a ground electrode and of easily providing ground without the need of earth rings. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic flow meter comprises: a conduit part 2a1 through which a fluid to be measured flows: a measuring tube 2 that has a pair of flanges 2b1; a pair of exciting coils 1 that is provided on an outer wall of the measuring tube 2 and generates a magnetic field; a pair of a detecting electrodes 4 that is individually perpendicular to a central axis of the magnetic field and a tube axis, is opposite to each other on a tube wall inner surface of the measuring tube 2 and is provided so as to be brought into contact with the fluid to be measured; and lining with which an inner surface of the measuring tube 2 is lined. The pair of flanges 2b1 is fitted into the conduit part 2a1 from outsides of both ends thereof and is fixed thereto. A bore diameter of each fitting portion is less than a bore diameter of the conduit part 2a1 by a thickness corresponding to a thickness of the lining preset. Further, a length of each fitting portion from an end surface is set to be within a range not affecting detection of electromotive force. The lining is caused to adhere to an inner surface of the conduit part 2a1 excluding the fitting portions of the flanges 2b1. Inner surfaces of the fitting portions of the flanges 2b1 are arranged so as to be brought into contact with the fluid to be measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
