The shell has an inorganic mortar lining, and a reinforcement arrangement that is formed of a grating structure i.e. spot welding lattice, and an anchor. Fastening gutters are integrally formed in the structure to receive the anchor such that a plane of the structure is held parallel to and spaced apart from underground and the anchor is located below or in the plane of the structure, in an anchored state. Mesh size and wire diameter of the lattice are 50.4 mm and 1.5 mm, respectively. The lining is made of cement-bonded inorganic material.
